Choose the relevant app, explain what happened, list steps to reproduce it and describe the expected result. For a feature suggestion, tell us when you would use it. Leave a contact email so an administrator can follow up if needed.

Common questions

Which apps can I send feedback about?

Apps currently accepting feedback: iPocket, TieLoop, Real Todo, and PocketDraft: Screen Mockups. Choose the relevant app in the form. This list follows the administrator’s application settings.

What should I include in a report or suggestion?

Tell us which app you use, what went wrong, how to reproduce it and what you expected. For a feature suggestion, describe your use case and the experience you would like to improve.

Can I attach screenshots, videos or files?

Attachments are optional. Available types, counts and size limits depend on the current settings shown in the selected app’s form. You can still send text feedback when attachments are unavailable.

Do I have to provide app and device details?

App version, OS version and device model are optional. Leave unknown details blank. You can edit or clear details filled in by a link, or choose to leave them out of your feedback.

Will my feedback be public?

Your contact email, feedback, device details and attachments are visible only to administrators. They are not published as public comments. Include only the information needed to investigate the issue.

How can an administrator follow up?

Leave an email address where you can be reached. An administrator can reply by email if needed. A successful submission means the system received your feedback; it does not send an automatic confirmation email or promise a fixed response time.
